When the weather is too hot, we will hold your package until the weather cools off to a safe shipping temperature.
Cold packs and insulation are automatically added to protect warm weather shipments.

We do not accept returns except in cases of error or product damage. To return products, please email return request to firstname.lastname@example.org and include customer name, invoice or order number, and the nature of the problem. We respond to all return requests with confirmation within 48 hours. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. During warm weather, please select 2-Day shipping. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. At this time, your refund will be processed and a credit for the price of the item, applicable taxes, and shipping costs will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days. If after 5 days you still have not received your refund, please notify us at email@example.com.
Our returns center cannot process exchanges. If you would like to make an exchange, please return the original item and place a separate order for the new item. We will notify you via e-mail when the return has been processed.
Billing Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
