You won’t be salty with this banana bread because it’s made using local pals, B’more Organic and Salazon Chocolate. These two organic besties have teamed up to create the most deliciously moist, smooth and flavorful banana loaf. What You'll Need

For edges:

  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

For bread:

  • ½ cup unsalted butter (1 stick soft)
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ¾ cup light brown sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 over ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 1 cup (8oz) B’more Organic Vanilla Skyr (for an extra kick of banana flavor, use B’more Organic Banana Skyr)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 ¼ cup flour
  • 1 cup Salazon Chocolate (about 2 bars chopped or to your taste)
  • ½ to ¾ cup shredded coconut (to your taste)


  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  2. Grease pan and dust all edges with cinnamon sugar mixture
  3. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars together with an electric mixer.
  4. Add eggs, mashed bananas, B’more Organic Skyr, Vanilla extract, and Cinnamon to butter mixture.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix salt, baking soda, and flour together.
  6. Gradually add the dry flour mixture to the wet mixture, beating with electric mixture until blended.
  7. Stir in coconut and Salazon Chocolate chips.
  8. Pour into pan/pans
  9. Bake for 1 Hour or until toothpick test comes out clean.
  10. Cool and remove from pan.
  11. Loaves will keep 1 week in refrigerator.
  12. Makes 2 standard loaf pans.
