We plan on using our future labels to highlight inspiring, customer-submitted photos of their travel adventures. You know, that perfect shot that inspires others to chase their dreams across the globe, well now you can have it on a chocolate bar!
Here’s how to make it happen:
- Read our LEGAL AGREEMENT
- Read our TIPS on SUBMITTING PHOTOS
- Email your photos to photos@salazonchoc.com
We look forward to reviewing your submission!
LEGAL AGREEMENT:
- By submitting through email a photograph(s) to Salazon Chocolate Co. via photos@salazonchoc.com, the submitter: Hereby grants Salazon Chocolate Co. an irrevocable license to use their enclosed photograph(s) now or at any time in the future, throughout the world in any manner it so chooses and in any medium now known or later developed. This includes the right to modify the photograph(s) as necessary in Salazon Chocolate Co.’s sole discretion. This also includes, without limitation, use on Salazon Chocolate Co.’s labels, display cartons, corporate sell sheets, websites, and any other promotional material it wishes.
- Acknowledges that Salazon Chocolate Co. is under no obligation to use the submitted photograph(s). Agrees that Salazon Chocolate Co. will credit the photograph(s) submitter’s name, as provided, wherever it uses the photograph(s).
- Agrees that there are to be no fees, commissions or royalties paid for the use of the photograph(s). Acknowledges and agrees that they are the owner of the enclosed photograph(s) and have the exclusive right and authority to grant the licenses granted herein.
TIPS on SUBMITTING PHOTOS:
- As stated in the Legal Agreement, this is a “bragging rights” contest – there is no monetary prize associated with Salazon Chocolate Co. deciding to use your photo for its labels.
- Although, we will print your name (and website if you have one) on the label and send you some free chocolate!
- Please use our Asian salt farm photo as a guide of what to enter – we are looking for colorful, interesting, inspiring, outdoor-based photos. However, the photo does NOT have to be associated with chocolate, salt, or our other ingredients.
- We chose to highlight salt on first label to help explain our unique chocolate, but hereafter that is not necessarily what we’re looking for.
- You can have people in your shots but we would prefer no distinguishable faces or “recognizable individuals” – otherwise a model release form will be necessary.
- Please send in JPG (highest quality setting) or TIFF format. At least 300 DPI. Panoramic shots work well, but are not required.
- Please only send your photos.
- Please include your name, address, phone number, email and any information about the photo you would like to include, such as location, date, story behind the shot, etc…
